sell your current CPU, RAM & PSU

    get the following:

CPU> Intel Pentium Dual Core (depending upon your budget)
    RAM>2x2GB Transcend/Patriot/PQI RAM 800MHz
    PSU>ASUS 500W P-50GA(Global Brand)

as for the monitor...tumi ki pagol naki
get a big resolution monitor...they are very cheap nowadays even if dont game at high resolutions
trust me...the bigger the monitor...the better it gets later on(at least 1440x900 or above)
your 9600GT is more than capable at those resolutions & games look more beautful at high resolutions

as for the mobo...it is your choice since the ECS P45 is good mobo at a low price...u can but it later on

Yeah, we need to know the total budget

The cheapest possible, yet great performing upgrade would be a Gigabyte G31-ES2C, Intel E5300, 2x2GB DDR2 800MHz RAM [Adata, Twinmos or Transcend in preferred order], a Radeon HD4850 512MB graphics card and the Tt420W PSU

    In total, in the order i mentioned, it should be 3700 + 5300 + 3400 + 10,000 + 4200. Total = 26,600.

edit: I dont know the exact price of ASUS500W PSU, but you might get that as well from Global Brand, the price shouldnt be that much of a difference. Also, if you are short of cash, get the Thermaltake Litepower 400W. It should be around 3200 after bargaining.

    @Mazhar bhaiya
I will recommend the ASUS 500W over the TT420W...the ASUS PSU delivers more amps...active PFC...EPS...2xPCI-E connectores & best of all sames price of the TT420W but delivers more performance

I myself u'd have gone for it...if I didnt buy my TT 600W ToughPower
rest of your list is OK...jst that...I reccommend getting him a better monitor

since yuor are limited to 15000...
list these upgrades as my recommendation

i dont see any reason to upgrade the mobo since u wont be getting any extra features by upgrading it
but if u can get the ECS P45T-AD3 (V1.0A)...upgrade to it later on

    First get the E5200>>>>5200-5500tk
then get some 2x2GB RAM Transcend 800>>>1700x2=3400tk
lastly get the ASUS 500W/TT420 W>>>4500tk

    total spent u'd be>>>(5200+3400+4500)=13000tk
u save 2000tk...add up like 1500tk & get a good case or save the money & later on get the ESC P45

then get the Intel Pentium Dual Core E5200-E5300 within 6k
& then get the ESC P45 (latest version) within 7000tk

as for 4770...should work...4770 draws 80W...from which 75W comes from the pci-e port & the additonal comes from the pci-e connector...so should work

but I still recommend to upgrade the PSU to a better one
    good luck

U will be safe if u get Thermaltake 420w but I will recommend u to get TT 500w or Asus 500w psu. Dont buy any 400w psu other then Thermaltake or Asus as there is possibility to be fake.

And for monitor u can go for Samsung 20" (1600x900) priced at 10800tk.
