    heey people a suggestion here:
Just create a thread naming ATI latest driver......
and then when new driver comes out add them in the thread.
there is no point of creating so many threads
    asha kori sobai support dibe.
nvidia driver er khetreo eki kotha chole.

if ur satisfied with ur card's performance then i don't see why u would need to OC...it's pointless unless the gains are noticeable, otherwise ur stressing ur hardware for no benefit at all

i believe the issues u are having are related to ur OC, bring it back to stock clocks and do a clean install of Catalyst (u might want to use driver sweeper from guru3d.com to clean the remnants before reinstalling)

edit: im using this driver, no problems so far and everything's running smooth

I've always read that the 4890 can be OC'd quite well, but since I'm a noob at OC'ing and don't even want to find out the benefits, I didn't even bother. It pays to be ignorant.

Well people still OC their monster CPU's and GPU's. They cost a lot a so people OC to get more value for their money. Maybe I will too, after a year or so, but right now I have absolutely no need of OC-ing.

OT: same here...i don't see the need to OC when i can max out every game right now

this driver is rock solid, except that when im at the ati overdrive screen it keeps flickering every few seconds....maybe its just the temps, fan speed etc being updated
