Default ::URGENT:: Bootable USB for XP

How can I make a bootable usb to setup XP? Is that possible to do that? I've come to know that it's not possible for XP.

Don't suggest me to google it. I know that I'll find a lot of guide. Still, I wanna hear from you guys.

Just go through this link , you will find instructions to make bootable XP pendrive. You may download the latest software (0.8.0000 beta) from here. Using this method for many years coz dvd writers of both my laptops are broken. Didn't even bother to repair those and I still have a 8 GB pen drive ready with XP + Windows 7 + Ubuntu triple boot to serve the installation purpose.
BTW this also supports Windows 8, tried this last month.
