Exclamation Too Strange! Need help with my exe files :(

    I am using windows 7 Ultimate 32bit RTM 7600 Build 16399.
Problem is, I can't delete/move a exe file immediately after it appears. When I delete/move a exe file it returns. No error message shows during deletion/moving. I delete/move a exe files very grammatically then i refresh my windows/desktop and I see, that exe file returns in its location. BUT, a few minutes later that file delete/move automatically (I mean, you can do anything you wish to do with that exe). First few minutes exe files show this problem then it's ok).
Example: After I install a game when i have tried to copy crack I can't. Because exe file is using by someone. I need to wait at least 5 min to overwrite the crack.
Again i can't compile a programming code twice in a minutes in visual studio because debugger can't overwrite the code exe file that created by compilation.

    Info:
    1. Safe mode ei problem hoina.
    2. I checked every startup files and found nothing.
    3. My virus scanner Norton 2009 16.7.0.135.
    4. UAC is turned off.
    5. Processes also explored.

So, anyone got any experience with this type of problem???

usually caused by a virus (or an antivirus).
try disabling your antivirus and then try.

keep note that in safemode, antivirus doesn't run.

I think it is being done by your AntiVirus or similar kind of protection system enabled in your computer. It is scanning and locking up any new exe file for a certain period of time.

    It's a virus/worm problem, not antivirus.
I scanned with Norton, Nod32, Kaspersky to find that virus but they all failed. Anything else I should try? Onno ki antivirus die scan korbo?

to me, your asking help doesnt seem to be of any use.

you keep saying "antiviruses failed" like you know the reason behind this (virus).
and if you know the reason, you dont need to ask here for help, right?

instead try something that others suggested and post the outcome.
esp, try disabling all antivirus. and all startup programs.

    Do what CvP says.
To disable startup use msconfig for best result.

you have to mention that you tried, right?

since you said, "1. Safe mode ei problem hoina.",
it ONLY means some of your startup/regular program/service is cracked up.

with the help of msconfig (better if autoruns), disable/enable them, restart, isolate the process
that is causing this. dont forget services (hide microsoft services first).

if this doesn't solve it, some hook is attached with regserver which is causing this behavior.
if that's the case, it'll be a PITA to isolate that.
