    Default Abroad study

Suppose I have passed H.S.C in Bangladesh.Than I studied in a private university in Bangladesh and passed B.Sc and M.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering subject.I will be able to go to U.S.A in few years. But by then I will have passed B.Sc and M.Sc and which is undergraduation and graduation will be complete .If I go to U.S.A at that time how will they consider me?Will they consider my S.S.C,H.S.C,undergraduation and graduation degree upto U.S.A's O Level,A Level, undergraduation and graduation? My question is will I be considered upto a student who has read from U.S.A and got the degrees just like me?If not what should I do?

If you wanna go to the states, then start taking preparation for the SAT Exam from now on. That will help you in a great deal. I ain't sure but if you have done a great result in the exams you've mentioned, then it'll be considered I guess.

as far as i know, they will consider ur last two academic qualifications
which would be Bsc and Msc
so they r both same all over the world for private universities
    so i don't think there'd be a problem
and as priest said if u wanna go to USA then u need SAT
and depending on ur score u'll be given admission to their universities
    start preparing from now

One more thing,is Computer Science and Engineering a good subject?Does it has good demand in U.S.A?If I study this subject and pass in 2020 what will be the condition at that time? Will I get a good job or the subject won't have any demand at that time?

Dude I have a lot of experience in these fields. I've also helped out someone before from the forums. His name is SenSeiFAR and is one of the oldest posters here. The first thing you have to tell me is your age.

If you have finished MSc here already then what actually do you want to go do in the States? PhD/ Because that's your only option. If you've done well in your Masters you should get a grant for your doctorate program. Look for that. If you've only finished part of your MASters then you might look for a transfer.

If you have already completed your Masters and still wanna go to the USA for completing Post-Graduation (Msc/MA/MBA/MPhil), the Embassy will think you're a fraudulent student wanting to go abroad for work with the cover of a student like soooo many others from here. If you go you have to be a doctorate scholar. Otherwise you'll have a problem getting a VISA.

If you are a MSc Grad already and dont wanna do PhD, you have 2 options really.

    1. Find a job abroad and go join it. Get evening courses/executive courses. Yes you will be considered a scholar from USA or whereever you decide to go. But not for all of your degrees. You can't possibly hope to just finish a Masters from a country and expect your old certificates to turn into that country's.

    2. you have to be EXTREMEMLY RICH. I mean Rolls Royce Phantom + Mercedes Maybach rich to convince them that you will come back to this life and just you want to repeat your Masters just to get a more recognized degree. Otherwise they'll think you're an individual who's just in the disguise of a student who wants to go there for work.

    Hope I was of help.

    EDIT |
    ======================

Btw, Kaiser your logic is flawless. /sarcasm

He says (supposedly) he's finished BSc and MSc and you're asking him to do his SATs?

What has SAT got to do with someone who has already completed his MSc...???

There are actually opportunities for someone serious who wants to go and study abroad.

    1. Complete HSC/A's, sit for SAT/TOEFL and others if necessary. Find out what the college wants you to have completed. Then apply, get admission, stand for Visa.

    2. Complete BSC, sit for GRE/GMAT and then follow same procedure to get admission in MS or MS/PHD.

    3. Complete MSC, then apply for research fellowship in appropriate universities for PHD.

So, the main thing is, plan properly.

No they will not. Not even close.

And, how do you plan on going to the USA after your MSc? Visit Visa? They won't even look at your resume if you are. This option is only viable only if you are a citizen.

Listen Sameev, I suggest you get into a good uni and do very good results on your BSc. And then sit for the GRE I & GRE II. Try to get high marks in those, then after that you can apply for a sanction/bursary/scholarship for your MSc there. That way you can have a lot of your costs cut down.

And, you already have your brother there. Apply somewhere near him and stay with him. That way your living and maintenance costs will be nullified. If you can get a scholarship, then I'd say your tution/stay there would cost next to nothing.
