Galib Bhai summed it up pretty nicely in his answer. That is precisely the reason I closed that thread down. It is because a duplicate thread already exists.

There are plenty of users on this forum. What if everyone opened a "Best Intel Hero Thread"; before 2008 is over we'd have more than a thousand Best Intel Hero threads. The point is King of Kings opened it first and if you want to discuss about the issue you should carry on your discussions over there. You have also opened a best Carry Hero Thread and a Best Tank Thread, I have not closed them. Because we did not have threads like that before. If people want to discuss about the best carry hero or the best tank, they will discuss these respective issues in your threads.

If say, kabir_sharif opened a best carry hero thread now, I'd close it and say please carry on the discussions in WD's Best Carry Hero Thread. There's no point in feeling insulted. It is my job as a moderator to check for duplicate threads and close them down. We are here for your benefit and I did this just so that you'd have a better environment to post in. If I let your thread continue, some posters would post and follow your thread while some others would stay true to King of Kings' Thread. The followers of one thread would not be blessed with the knowledge that is present in the other thread.

Please try to understand. I posted in the nicest way possible when closing the thread, I even added a smiley. Moderators are here to moderate, there's no point in taking the moderations personally.
