Default Yet another Suggest PC thread!! Budget = 60k

Hello guys, I need some suggestions for a PC.

    Required Components:

    Monitor: budget ~25k.
This should be the most elegant component of the config. He likes ASUS MS238H. But I guess that's not available anymore.
So suggest something that looks hot.

    That leaves us with ~35k.
I've thought of something like this:
    Processor: i5 ???? ~ 16k
    Motherboard: Gigabyte B75 ~7.5k
    RAM: 4GB DDR3 ~2k
    HDD: 1T ~6k
    Casing: ~5k (Should look good.)
    DVDRW: 1.5k
    Power Supply: generic ~0.5k
    Mouse/Keyboard: 1k
    GPU: Do Not NEED.

PC will be used mostly for browsing internet, watching movies, some general works like word, etc.
I don't know current market prices, so please suggest accordingly.
Requirement may seem a bit odd but that's what he needs.
    Any suggestions are welcome.

Thanks for the valuable time you spent reading this invaluable topic.

as it is a basic pc so there is no need of a quad core, i3 is more than enough, for a big screen like 1080p more than 4gb ram will help in future, you shouldnt take generic psu and delta psu will do the job for your setup

I have no idea about prices but I would recommend an i3 along with a GTS450 level GPU. I know he won't game but it will come in handy for smooth 1080p video playback. And he'll also have the option of light gaming as well.

Its enough for bare playback, but if you want to improve your experience by using stuff like MadVR, then I suggest you get a discrete GPU with it.

Why do you have 25k for monitor though? Did prices increase or am I missing something? My ML228H cost me <15k 3+ years ago.

Will try to convince him. He is not that much of a tech guy. He won't use additional renderer/codecs I suppose.

I'd buy a laptop if all I did was watch movies and surf the web. Wouldn't care about street cred. Then buy a USB hub. Buy a dedicated keyboard for MS word and a bigger palm grip mouse for comfort. Then a mousepad and a good headphones if budget complies. If my suggestion is irritating, just ignore it
My probable next build: Qisan MagicForce 68 (Outemu switch) / Teamwolf Zhuque+ 87 TKL (Outemu) / Monoprice Select series full size (Outemu/Gateron) / Drevo Gramr 84 TKL (Outemu) • Logitech G102 Prodigy • Deepcool Dukase V3 / Thermaltake Versa U21 • Superlux HD 681 • Creative Sound Blaster E1 • LG 22MP68VQ • SteelSeries QcK • Generic executive chair • others TBA

djrock please don't bother me. You are in my ignore list so I don't have to see literal poop.
