Your GPUs TDP is 150w at best.. To run a 560ti of 180w tdp 500w is required.. So your tr2 is enough to run that ... Is your tr2 PP edition?
Updated. see the pic.
For the safety of GTX 660 Ti I highly recommend you to buy a better psu because a bad psu could ruin your entire pc.

Ar bhai tomar 380w psu kemne kaj kore bujhtesina . Amp 30A dey thik ase. But what about total power consumption on full load? Tomar 380w gives 360w on +12V rail.
Your i5 3470 consumes 110w on full load. And GTX 660(non oc) consumes 287w on full load.
So, 110w + 287w(non oc of gtx 660) = 397w when gaming.
75w from motherboard + 75w from 6pin connector= 150w; amar card chaileo er cheye beshi power consume korte parbe na.
However, let me give you a clear conception about my rig,
Processor: 77w (though i have never seen it crossing more than 40w in real world, according to OHM)
Fans: (6x4) 24w
Motherboard with all USB devices, RAMs and stuffs: 100w
Total: max 351w on 100.00% full load. (even if i consider im using all my usb devices, burning DVDs, all fans running at full rpm, running intel burn test, furmark, OCCT all the things at a same time)
