within ur budget TT 400W lite power is the only one
second will be asus 500W costing around 4.5k
if u can find delux 500W then it would be within ur budget
    but it's hard to get
other like Valuetop, Fortex or FEEL will exceed the budget

without getting into too much technical details...simply go for a particular brand

Thermaltake(except lite power 400) / Delux 500 watt (model DLP-50A with active PFC) costs 3600 taka gives out 300 watt in real.

Asus will be certainly better if u can afford.

Ur total system watt will never ever exceed 290 watt if u dun overclock dat is. (monitor dosent count).

personally i prefer the 2nd brand (delux) for its good price/perfromance ratio.

    hope i helped.
