Somethings about Open Topic Discussion

Guys, we thought that it would be nice to have an Open Topic Discussion for everyone !
But it seems the Gaming Sections are going down and this section is doing wonders!
We still want to have this section running, but some threads, for instance the the one which i made, "What are you doing?", threads of this sort will never end, so don't you guys think threads of this sort should be moved or locked?
Let discuss about other things here, actually, in the beginning, I didn't think that it would be a problem, but now I feel that we have diverted from the main point!
So what should be done guys? Need your views!

Well, like DF said, talks about Technology, we got threads for that too, it really doesnt take that much of time to actually goto that thread! we all should take the initiative!
Yeah we will do have Open Topic Discussion, like im trying to get a thread going for Formula1, there are quite few other threads, we can run those! because its not possible to open a sub forum for every category is it? so guys one final word from each of you members!

i suggest thread and post pruning be enabled in this section. or this sub-forum may be remove from stats. but also consider my original idea of a different forum.
