And players will play at what 30-40FPS in CS/GO? lol no one will play in that cafe then. You need a minimum 100FPS in those games and that too constant, COD is even more stringent on GPU afaik.
    CvP:

Cooler is not necessary at all, just get a good GPU to go with the CPU. For tri-monitor/surround setup you need a good GPU as well, something like a 7870/660 at the minimum. For CS/COD/GO you need good monitors, something which gives good aspect ratio controls/minimum latency and players will be happy.

These GPUs are a waste of money for a PC which would mostly run CSS/CSGO/Dota2/CoD.

The price for haswell would be overkill.

There is no GPU from Intel that can even handle Dota 2 [email protected]+fps with everything max. I know that's true for HD4000. May be you meant HD4500?

I recently got this 550Ti from mazhar. It is running on a simple core i3 machine. I personally think this is the ideal config.

For tri monitor, I'd definitely opt for the 7870 over the 660 or any Radeon 78/79x series, as AMD has better support for multi-monitor setup.

    Okay here goes nothing.

    Processor: Core i3 3rd Gen
    Motherboard: Gigabyte H61
    Hard Drive: 250GB
    Ram: 2X2 GB DDR3 1333 Bus
Graphics Card: HD 7570 or 7770 OC if you decide to buy a branded PSU
    Monitor: 19"
PSU: If you choose to go with HD 7770, then a 450W branded PSU should suffice.

if you want go with 550ti....then why not hd7770?......i guess it would consume less electricity...less heat (correct me if i am wrong).....and might even significantly reduce the overall operation cost of the business ........however, dunno the current market price of hd7770 and whether you'll be able to purchase at dealer rate provided that you are willing to purchase in bulk quantity.........and most of all, you have to decide whether it would be feasible for you to go with hd7770 considering the savings in electricity bills....

also consider investing on 80 plus efficient PSUs.....provided that the increase in investment on such PSUs would justify cost savings in the future in the form of lower operating expenses/electricity bills....

I recently got this 550Ti from mazhar. It is running on a simple core i3 machine. I personally think this is the ideal config.

lol it's not the love for higher frames, but you need atleast a minimum 100FPS(constant) so that your tickrate doesn't fall below 100ticks and if it does, then you'll basically be lagging(FPS lag) due to the performance of your PC.

LAN cards aren't needed actually, the default builtin NICs are sufficient but if there's going to be a primary server(which will host) all the games like GO/DotA/CSS/COD, then a separate NIC would be better.

Haswell is completely unnecessary, but with that said, I think any 3rd-gen i3 will be ideal and nothing lower. Cost effective, efficient and future proof. Server PCs should have quad cores if a separate PC is used to host many servers, but if the players have to host the server, then having at least 1 quadcore in the line up will work wonders as running the game + the dedicated server can cause problems.'

I would recommend Nvidia GPUs over AMD, as any one who has gone to LAN knows how much easier it is to set up aspect ratio settings. This'll actually take care one important monitor feature and the players will have little reason to touch the monitor settings, another benefit since we all know what happens to monitors in these LAN places. Nothing above a 650ti though.

Please include USB hubs and extension cables for mic and HP ports as well, and even more importantly, space for XXL mouse pads.

And in case anyone is wondering why we can't just get the low end of stuff, CSGO is 128 tick (not even 100 as dipanzan assumed) thus the fps needs to be 128 minimum for optimum gameplay. And by that I don't mean 128 FPS in Dust2, Inferno or Nuke are much heavier maps especially with smokes all over the place. So even with low res, maintain that much FPS will need some decent horsepower.

COD is more GPU reliant, and I believe it needs 250FPS for proper gameplay as anything lower affects movement speed or something like that. @error or @Hamilton should have a better idea about this.

the 2nd gen and 3rd gen dual cores are fine to play multiplayer games people still using dual cores EXXX and c2duos in gaming cafes so this are more than enough this are not like that people will play bf3 or crysis 2-3 there and moreover in 1-2 pcs with high config are ok but in maximum gaming pcs with i3/i5 setups with gtx 660/7850 are too expensive as well as using 20inch+ monitors as those will require 7870 or higher graphics cards as well to play with decent fps, hope you get the facts unless if the budget is that mainstream then high config pc's worth a shot
