    I dont think so!!
    An organization like US army's decision will have a lot impact. General people and corporate people will think that Vista is more secure and stable than Win 7 when Army is going to use it. I think it will increase Vista sell and MS will have to put more time and care in Vista. (may be they will add some "kill Laden" or "punch Saddam" game as ultimate extras or a special US army edition? )
    Do you guys have any idea how many license MS sold to US army? I bet a lot!
