    Default need Broadband net information

    Recently i took a broadband connection from an isp in my area........now they give me an ip address......if i change my ip..which was given by them....now if i change the ip n use another ip for high speed.......will they catch me?......if they catch me..wht will they do?

    if u change ur ip address it is highly possible that there will be ip address conflicts !

    & yes they can catch if they want. but who cares they wont tell u nything .

    why they wont tell me anything?.......will they take money from me?......or will they take legal actions against me?.........or if i change my broadband ip to an unused ip....will they catch [email protected]

    because they didnt tell me nything
    in most cases each ip is combined with a mac address,if the mac address doesnt match u wont be able to use that ip.

    & if not, finding an empty ip wont be possible. because most of them uses static ip. so there wont be any free ip. but if that ip holder's pc is off u can use it for sure.

    here is the client list of my router. i guess almost every router got this option. so they can catch u for sure. with the mac address. but they will just ask u to use ur own ip i assume
