Gamers from Mirpur: Need Advise

I am planning to start a new Game Zone in Kazipara since there is no well known Game Zone in this area. Position is just opposite side of Al Helal Hospital.
Before investing in this project, I would like to get your opinion lighting those points:

• How much crowd/response I may get?
• How many PC I need for a good start?
• What should be cost/hour?

And in the end of all, do you think it would be a success???

I am planning to buy good gaming PCs, Room will be air conditioned and I am also thinking to start with a competitive cost/hour and regular tourneys at a special price.

Please give your opinion.

15 PC kono problem na.. r starting e ami playing cost ektu kom rakhte chai (as a promotional offer). Also I am thinking to sponsor a few tourney at this Game Zone to bring some regular player.. hows the idea?

2 hour=50tk
5 hour=100tk
27 hour=500tk

I understand that the place I have is a bit odd .. its between Kazipara and 10 number. Tobe sob local bus e thame Al helal er samne. Ar alada place neyar moto budget amar nai.
What do you think guys? Ei position er jonno ki problem hobe? Crowd kom hobe?

The thing is, I am gamer .. Gaming is my passion. I really want to do this, I want to make a never seen before environment for gamers with all facilities at the cheapest price possible. But I need to make sure that the plan will not fail because I wont have a second chance.

But problem is Onno place nite gele onek cost!! Plus monthly rent ase.. eikhane ami onek khani space plus other facility pabo (like double power line so no loadshedding) without any cost. Its the only choice I have. The place is not very far from 10 number BS.
Anyway, ekhon Mirpur e koyta game zone ase ebong koi koi ase keu bolte parben?

mirpur 1 no. and mirpur 11 no. a 2 ta games cafe asay ,,, but donnt know the exact location,,, er AL-helal is ok for cafe
good position only 5 minutes from 10 no. on foot.
