2.b75 is suitable for non overclockable cpu's like non k series as the board dont have the facility to overclock the cpu where z series or p series boards are overclock capable and they are kinda useless with non k processors unless you use multi gpu, note that only k series processors can be overclocked but non k's will run in stock even at z77 boards

    3. 7790>gtx 650>7770 performance wise 7790 is better than both, see some benchmark at guru3d that will help

    4. 1333 and 1600 bus makes slight difference in games which are hardly been noticeable as the price are close between both so lower price one should be taken

RAM : ram bus speed will not make a major difference in gaming... so take whichever fits in ur budget.
GFX : take 7790 if budget allows.
    MOBO: gigabyte B75M-D3H rev1.1 6.7k ... as vanguard suggested.

Mobo: B75M-D3H is an excellent motherboard. Read the review: http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/G...75M-D3H/9.html
PSU: For Gods sake dont go for cheapo Tt psu!
GFX: Go for 7790 if budget permits, otherwise 7770Ghz Oc edition. (Not the normal OC edition).
RAM: New rig, so why not 1600? But more importantly make sure to have dual channel.
Casing: If you can find v3, take it, otherwise GS-III.

Logic Board : Z77s are capable of Overclocking. It supports high profile memory, it has better power phase that will last longer even under regular heavy loading. but B75 will also be enough.

Card : In gaming 7790 will perform better than 650ti but if you have plans for using Nvidia CUDA or Nvidia physx typ options (many applications use these technologies now) you can go for nvidia. & if u plan on using AMD APP SDK then buy amd card.

RAM :a very slight difference in gaming ( you wont even feel it i guess) ,maybe 1-4fps! but higher frequency may help u with heavy applications.

Ok, so I finally understand and fixed specs. Just have to know their shop locations.

    CPU : Intel Core i5 3470
    Mobo : Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H
    GFX :Sapphire HD7790 1GB
    PSU : Corsair/Gigabyte/CM 450W
RAM : Corsair 1600 MHz 2x2GB (Where can I get these?)
    Casing : TT V3/GSIII/TT V4
