I am planning to get Bijoy net Who are promising 16/16 KBPS at a rate of 1500 taka. will it be good or loss? i am mainly want it to host 5 vs 5 dota game in gg? will it be possible? please give feedback and if possible recommend me other ISPS and speeds which is needed to host a 5 vs 5 dota game

Thread title says constant! 16/16KB internet. Constant or dedicated. If dedicated then good. I think for game server u need a dedicated internet with low ping.
