Default Suggest Full PC for 40k

My friend wants to buy a desktop. Budget 40k. Suggest everything except GPU, PSU and Speaker. And psu should come free with chassic or suggest some cheap but good enough psu. His solely purpose is study and NO GAMING. Full HD LCD is preferred but not a must.

i dont know in which sense you want to say things like that but isnt i5 is too mainstream for your friend who even dont play games? and also if he dont use any software which are even not cpu intensive then i3 also a waste of money IMO. so you actually dont told us what actually the purpose is, if he use this pc only for assignments and some documentary work then the G series dual cores are more than enough and he can invest some money in a 1080p/900p monitor to enjoy HD movies and other stuffs and also may invest on 1 TB hdd as well
