boss as a puran papi.. i'll suggest noo i'll request u not 2go 4 nokia... nokia ekhon ar quality dite pare na. i've bought nokia 6500 1yar bak its bin giving trouble lyk ¤¤¤¤... den i got n82 after using only 20dayz sum internal prob happened. nokia care e disi 1.5month pore disee... tai amar request plzz nokia is affordable but it lost its performance and quality. if u ask me i'll suggest u 2go 4 sony erricsson. or decide anything u lyk bt i'll suggest not 2go 4 nokia.... it sux....

dont go for nokia 5800Xpress music.though camera is 3.2 mp but resolution in too bad except for the daylight.headphone's sound is also too bad.when i heard 4the first time i thought i'm listening radio from a 3000tk phone.if u like music(headphone) & camera i'll suggest sony ericsson

If you're buying any Nokia set then one request - plz don't buy any "Made by Nokia" phones. I've bought nokia xpressmusic 5610 last year which was a made by nokia set. I barely used it only 3 months, as I had to go to nokia care 6 times during this time. At the 7th time they gave me a replacement and the first thing i did is to sell it asap. Yes not all "made by nokia"s aren't bad, but the failure rate is too high. Especially at the high-end sets. So, if you're planning to buy one then buy an european nokia. They're available at eastern plaza, motalib plaza, bashundhara city or many other markets. Sometimes they don't give warrenty for european sets and price is a bit higher, but believe me you won't need any warrenty if you can get any original europe made set. My sugestions will be, if you have any relatives or someone coming from europe, then bring by him.

If you've got high budget then definitely go for Omnia or i-phone. They've got far more features than 5800. In fact, 5800 is a symbian phone, but omnia is a windows mobile and i-phone got it's own os. If you want great features, solid web-browsing, ipod class music experience and great gaming then definitely go for i-phone. The only problem is iphone's camera too bad (2 mp only)

as your budget is only around 25000, then u can't go for htc, omnia or iphone i suppose.

umm im gonna buy a touch phone, and nokia N95 is a old old model, now iphone 2g, HTC touch 3g (or diamond) and NOKIA 5800 er moddhe dekhtesi, but apple 2G kinata mone hoi bokami hobe, coz taka diye kine pore 3g ashle use korte parbo na, abar phn change kore use korte hobe 3g:/

5800 is an internationally hit phone ....... it is now the best selling phone of nokia ...... there have been incidents like it was sold out in launching day event ........

and 5800 also enjoys regular firmwares unlike their other phones ....... like n96/n85 has not been updated for a long time ...... since the phone is hit, future firmware upgrades will be plentiful ....... firmware updates matter a lot for symbian phones as initial firmwares are always buggy ...... for eg, in case of n95 there were many problems initially which were later solved by firmware updates ...... till now, n95 is still a technical marvel and all time best seller of nokia ......

5800 er problem is camera ........ but if u r not camera freak, then 5800 will the best touch phone ....... and i dont think kono touch phone er camera oto bhalo ........ if u think of iphone's camera, it sucks ........ htc camera also sucks ......

i think if u consider the price ...... 5800 is the best now ...... but u can also go for iphone 2g which is also gr8 ........ ai chara ........ samsungs omnia is gud but i heard some negative comments abt it ........ but omnia is expensive ...... like around 37,000 ....... iphone 2g is also above 30,000 ........ only 5800 is 24,000 .......

and other options are LG Viewty and some lower end samsung touch phones ....... but the 5800's symbian software support is hard to beat .........

well those r used ...... if u r confident in buying a used model for 25,000 which has no warranty in bd, then go ahead ...... but pore kisu bhejal hoile, ur investment will b gone ......

'Made by nokia' sucks big time. They give u low price by using low end capacitors and chips comparing made in finland. If u want a amartphone then definitely go for Nokia 5800. As GSMarena said though its camera quality sucks but its audio quality is outstanding and its almost the best in mobile phones. But its material quality is average and its construction is also average. The choice is yours what u want a smartphone or iPhone. Also u can consider LG renior. Outstanding performer. Brilliant construction and has a superior 8mp camera with xenon. It price is something like 30k taka I think. But its not a smartphone. Samsung Omnia is also a very good phone. Itz price is smothing like 35k-38k taka. If u want to buy iPhone from Eastern Plaza then it will cost u 38-43k taka.

n95 is still the best non-touch phone ...... no other non-touch phone will still be able to beat it by camera performance, symbian software support, large screen size at dat price ..... esp N95 8GB is still the king .......

and n95 er daam is 26,000 from nokia stores ...... not 27,000 ...... and n958GB price is 29,000 i guess

well nowadays, all things are made in china ........ even though it might say it is made in finland, at least many other small parts will be from China ....... welcome to globalization ..........

and made by nokia to faltu na ......... i am using n85 and kono problems nai ...... plus u get the warranty if u buy made by nokia .........

iphone is the best touch phone ....... but bd te jei price oi price e 5800 is the best touch phone ......... if anybody can buy iphone from outside, then he will get at cheaper price ....... thens it ok ..... but karor jodi ai option na thake, then u have to go for 5800 .......

r camera performance shob touch phone ei kharap .... iphone also sucks at camera dept ... only Omnia HD camera so far is looking promising ...... no matter wat u say, touch phone's camera will never beat non-touch phone camera ........ esp N95, N82, Samsung InnoV8, upcoming n86 ....... these r very hard to beat ......... if u r thinkin abt camera+touch phone, u have to sacrifice 1 for another for now .......
