confusion about brands of GPU

there are many GPUs created by different brands. why?
ex: palit 4650, xfx radeon 4650, gigabyte 4650
i mean what are their differences?

different core bus,mem bus and shader bus frequency.Some come with a better cooler.Some are factory overclocked!
Some are ddr2 while some are ddr3.And some have single slot coolers while others have dual slot ones.There are a ton of differences varying from model to model.

ব্যাপারটা হল, যখন Nvidia or ATI কোন GPU Design করে, তা Test করার পর Marketting এর উদ্দেশ্যে বিভিন্ন Company এর কাছে sell করে, তারা তাদের মত করে Card Design করে...........Company ভেদে একেক জনের Card এক এক রকম হয়ে থাকে, কেউ Overclock করে কেউ করে না, কেউ High Quality Component use করে কেউ Cheap Quality Component use সেইজন্যই একেক Company এর একই Card বিভিন্ন দামের হয়ে থাকে । এইজন্য Card কেনার আগে কার কোন Card ভাল, কে বেশী featured Card বাজারজাত করতেছে, কার Review ভাল, সবদিক বিবেচনা করা....................thats it.
