    I am just curious, is this card more powerful than 4650 DDR3 card?

    @sorry for being off topic

    but do u have any proof to back it up???

    the 4650 is based on the 4600 Radeon platform which is derived from the world famous 4800 series which is currently one of the greatest GPUs till date

    the 4650 regardless of which brand...when coupled with GDDR3 can beat the the X1950 PRO anyday
    the RV730 core is designed more efficiently...meaning u need not to buy a heavy PSU & though the mem interface is 128bit...the RV730 can still efficiently manage 512VRAM & onced OCed it can reach to the 4670 speeds which is just a updated RV730 core with more core/mem

    + the 4600 series give full dx10/10.1 support + SM4.0 & has gr8 CF support for high res scaling
