i am also using PALIT 4650 with generic psu ,,, no prob at all ,,, no need for thermaltake

Make sure you get the DDR3 version, as far as i know only palit has the DDR3 version in BD, but do look around and see what you can find

normal psu is enough for 4650.at first try ur 4650 with ur normal psu if pc restarts, shows blue screen or game crashes then u can change ur psu.u can have a delux psu(450watt) for 1800tk.but i dont think u r gonna face any problem
