Walton Primo C1 offers a better camera, apart from that, both of these phones have the same features.

If you ever decide to go a bit higher you could buy a Symphone W20, event though it only has 256mb ram, 2mp cam and GB it is a very sturdy phone, and able to handle most nominal punishments and a very good choice to use as a second/rough-use phone

Symphony W20 comes with a 5150tk price tag from Grameenphone points/cares.
You'll be able to buy a 512mb data plan by 69tk with 30days validity. This Data plan can be bought 10 times during a period of three months.
