    Default Orb Walking

First thing you need to do is learn to effectively orb-walk. I know of a Drow guide that explains perfect orb-walking, I'll post a link to that.

You must solo with it and play defensively until you hit level 7. Then, the world is your oyster, no really. Use Acane orb to harass the ¤¤¤¤ out of your enemy, whether you kill him or not is secondary, Keep him pinned down and make him visit his base more often.

I go for a Midas o matter what, since you need to keep that gold clock ticking with it. But, I'd say go for a treads (int/str), 3X Nulls, Mystic > Orb > Void = Hex, Shivas/Orchid and later a Assault Cuirass. That should be enough to destroy your opponents.

And, about the treads, I normally initiate with the Ultimate and then Orb my enemies to death. So what I do it right after I cast Eclipse I switch back to Str treads as 9/10 times your opponents will target you since you obviosly have the most DPS.

I can guarantee that you can't. Even practicing for 20 years won't get it right unless you know the real key to it. How to override the cast point issue in DotA.

Fast fingers has got nothing to do with it. In fact your fingers doesn't have to be fast at all to properly orb-walk. That's a shocker but it's true.

I will as soon as I find it. Read it like almost 2 years ago.

Just so that everyone is clear, it is not the same to orb walk with Drow and Nortrom and Harbinger.....perfect orb walking has to do a lot with canceling animation and knowing at which moment of the attack animation the actual projectile is let go.....so can be a bit tricky to be really perfect, you might even find yourself doing the walk without hitting the enemy....

actually silencer needs Intel, pure Intel and no AMD.

Storm needs turbo charged mana regeneration, he may need intel[as he is an intel hero]. But mana regen is really important.

Harbinger needs mana[here you are right].

Its just [EB]. Not Elite B[a]stard or anything like that.

Harbinger needs Intel over mana, because insta-damage is better than damage over time, and increasing it gives you mana as well. The mana problems is almost always covered up by the workings of Essense Aura. Also, adding Intel is more viable over buying a Soul Booster is because it gives you damage as well with every attack. And Sould Booster is I feel a massive waste of inventory slot if you are not DP/Leshrac (Bloodstone) or a Scepter wielding hero.

I'll tell you a bit about the orb-walking I was talking about. In real orb-walking (which defies WCIII scripting delays and ensures a perfect 0 delay hit-walk), you are required to cast and "immediately" start clicking on the ground right next to your target. Hit him once - spam right-click on the ground "immediately" beside him - hit him again as you see the projectile leave your hero's hand - and spam right-click on the ground again - as soon as you see the projectile spawn, hit him again - and immediately start spamming the ground - rinse and repeat. You just have to make sure that you are within striking range with your hero whilst you are doing this. If you maintain that, you're golden.

The concept by which this is called "proper" orb-walk is that once you hit a single cast orb, say a Glaive of Wisdom, the hero will complete the attack (provided that he's within immediate striking range of the target) under all circumstances. The only way to stop a casted orb-spell is to press the 'Stop' key or the 'Hold Position' key. But here we are not doing that; what were are doing here, is spamming right-click on the ground as soon as we are casting the orb-spell (thus not canceling it) but making sure that the next response of the hero after letting go of the orb is to instantly start a new chain of movement which you again cancel with the next hit because you are doing them so fast. And, the little step taken by the hero is crucial so that you are able to follow the hero you are aiming at.

    Hope this was clear.

Clear? Kinda. But need more practice and info, but I'll try it.

Achha, why not increase Damage instead of Intel?
Australian-I feel for ya bro gaming on a piece of crap you should be twice as good at any game you play. Thats really really a scary thought. Part of me does not want you to get a new rig.

    You sure can do that.

Man, don't you know the difference between amatures and proz?

I mean everyone of us knows what is the range of Magina's blink and yet most of us make Magina blink 800. What a waste..

how about noting this down, "pyro, galib bhi? they belong to a whole new league."

Point is, 80% ppl of BD dont bother knowing the casting point of the projectiles.
