Did you try using modded drivers? cracked Bluesoleil or Widcomm/Broadcom?

I purchased one from logitech for 430 .. its very tiny specially for laptops.
Can anyone suggest on how to increase bluetooth range?

no way of increasing range!10 m is all ure gonna get!i used to use bluesoleil!I also need an adapter!hm!bluetooth networking with my n81 while using net would be good as in my room it doesn't get enough signal.So i could move it around

Non Brand 400~600TK... Branded 1000+... I'm using one from gigabyte coasted me about 1200TK...

আমার কাছে একটা Billionton Class 1 adapter ase, it comes with a antenna, আমি ঐটা কিনছিলাম Bangkok থেকে অনেক আগে, দাম পড়ছিল ২০০০ x ২ ভাট, It supports both XP & Vista (Vista with default driver), Bluetooth Ver 1.2, আমি এইটা দিয়ে দুইটা Separate Room এ রক্ষিত ২ PC এর মধ্যে Successfully Network করছি, Excellent জিনিষ ।

Bluetooth gets well with 500-600TK.
I have one in my PC and in LAPTOP it is built in.

nope, mine has an antenna.

i've given it to a friend so i cannot post a picture or give model number... i bought it from a shop in IDB 2nd floor. but i suggest ne1 to go to logitech on 3rd floor and get an adapter with vista driver. mine was not compatible with vista.

Vista 32 n 64 driver for all generic bluetooth is now available. At least mine 4 years old one is working
