I have got:
AMAZING Sound Quality
AMAZING Video Quality
AMAZING Codec Support (It can play a 64kbps .mp3 files to 1300kbps flac files just by drag/drop)
AMAZING Battery Life (I have to charge once in a 1.5month.. Not as much as DevilJin's because I watch videos a lot..)
NICE Dictionary (A dictionary like this costs around 4,000tk)
NICE FM Reciever
Some Awesome Flash Applications (like a mini Wikipedia, Flash Map etc..)
Memory Expansion by SD Card (Had to put 6GB video files on my D2 but it was not problem at all)

I haven't got:
Drag/Drop Video Playback (Considering the price, it is OK)
