You read the specs. For popular models, review sites like Amandtech list DRAM Cache as N/A or how much is available. It's different from SLC cache. SLC cache is used in TLC SSDs to make them faster. Dunno about others but Crucial and Samsung don't list them and spec theirs as variable.
For unpopular models you look at their specs page or download their technical data sheet. If it's DRAM Cache is not listed, it's DRAMless. Don't worry about SLC Cache. All cheap TLC and QLC SSDs should have them.
why the hell r u buying that ssd? you can find 500gb ssd in BD at below 7k, 1tb m2 ssd around 12-14k with warranty

i am not a pc expert like others in this forum but what the hell is this brand and who the hell is the oem? asgard aint oem coz there are only 5 or 6 companies who make SSD nands i believe. if they are not using stablished OEM then i think they are scammy. however if the OEM is good then i guess you have a choice, either pay more to get slower speed and good warranty or save 15% money.
It's very easy to enter ssd market. You just need a supplier for the nand (Samsung, Micron, Intel, SK Hynix, Toshiba but Samsung and Intel won't sell) and then a controller (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List..._manufacturers). Then if you want to slap on an internal dram you have Samsung, Micron, Elpida, Infineon, Nanya etc.
