    Motherboard: AsRock B450M Steel Legend - 9k

    RAM: Team Delta RGB 2x8GB 3200 MHz - 9k

I would advise you to choose a SSD that has at least internal DRAM. If not, it'll take resources from your system RAM for caching. I'll check and suggest you later.

Then go for AsRock B450M Pro4 or MSI B450M Bazooka Plus. Pro4 is a little feature packed though. While Bazooka Plus has arguably better VRM that helps with overclocking. But since Ryzen 3000 has such limited overclock, it doesn't even matter.

And every modern board even 2 year old B350 support NVMe ssd. You don't need to worry about that.

Steel Legend. But it's out of stock for sometime now. So AsRock Fatal1ty K4 or MSI Tomahawk MAX is good alternative. Gaming Plus MAX would be my last option if any of the above boards aren't available.

I would advise against any board from ASUS and Gigabyte. Because of their pitiful VRM heatsink.
