Default EBL aqua prepaid mastercard for online purchase and alternative

if i know what i am talking about EBL aqua is a prepaid credit card (backend mastercard) and you can easily purchase online softwares and games with it (dollar). So it's possible to purchase from steam origin and even epic store. https://www.facebook.com/notes/easte...8087151911749/

    max 300$ per transaction.

KYC, they might wanna see electricity bill or proof or residence. if you have passport they will probably won't ask for anything else. I don't think they want an introducer/referral.

as far as i know EBL stopped issues new aqua card for new users, they will probably re open in september.

Any other alternative for Aqua? let us know details

i am currently searching for city bank alternatives but they have too many cards and I am not 100% sure what is what. for the looks of it they might need you to create savings account with them first with KYC and introducers... then.....

Lol I'm not an expert on this.
You could go for lifestyle card too, which is pretty much the same but uses visa gateway. I think brac and south east bank also started providing prepaid card, though I'm not too sure. A passport is a must to do anything online, you'll need to endorse dollar to the card.

A word of warning though, a lot of sites sometimes outright declines any sort of prepaid cards. Humble used to do this afaik, though you'll probably be fine with steam/origin/uplay.

There is also virtual prepaid/debit card services like neteller/payoneer/skrill. But you'll need someone with paypal/international card to recharge these.

You could also open a savings account and get a regular debit card. It'll work too one you endorse dollar on the card and open the payment gateway.

    --------------------------------

One thing I forgot to mention, I once saw a crap ton of aqua card users complaining about weird charges on a facebook group. Don't know if it was bank's fault or the user's.

I'm not subject matter expert on this matter. Only that try to avoid debit cards since it's tied to your bank account and if the card or any online account where the card has been added is ever compromised, it'll be very hard to get refund, chargeback and stuff etc.

people will just bkash other people like minitt or gameshop bd or online game store BD... or some other groups were there before...

+you will face hard time importing steam wallet physical codes in a plastic wrapper in BD. the best you can do is to use EBL aqua mastercard or some intl mastercard and use bkash to sell steam wallet and origin wallet/ microsoft google ituns gift g2a gift/wallet cards etc. but the profit margin will probably be small even if you sell tons of COC, candy crush and pubg items or something

good point noted BUT I was told that EBL aqua mastercard is a PREPAID credit card and not a debit card, and most importantly it's not tied to your bank at all (if you have a EBL savings account u should probably call customer support to confirm they are not tied with one another).

Anybody knows any other alternative to EBL?
