I have used both UTurn and DIT and both are utter crap
What other options are there fellow Mohammadpur residents for reliable and fast ISP?
Does Link3 or SmileBD provide their services in Mohammadpur?

AmberIT has been serving me quite well for the last 3 years. They provide fiber connection and also speed is fairly consistent for me. I get ~13mbps minimum on a 16mbps connection. Although recently there has been a few hiccups, I am still happy.
