Hi everyone! Posting after a long time coz I need your help once again!Looking to build a gaming pc soon, nothing fancy but a decent one that'll let me game at high settings at 1080p level. I think you can understand from this that the budget isn't much (50-60k max) and I will be needing a full setup including a monitor. What are my prospects?
TIA!

Looking at Tom's hardware's BEST PC Builds articles, they suggest the below build. I checked the prices for the items at Star Tech and Ryan's Computers since these were the only two stores I remember being good. I don't know what reliable stores there are right now as I have been out of touch with the market for a really long time! Anyways, the suggestion was:
Processor: Intel Core i3-8100 = 11,000tk
Motherboard: Gigabyte H310M A | so I couldn't find this exact model in the online catalogues. they have the H310M H/H310M DS2V/H310M S2P all for the same price of 6,800tk and I honestly don't know the differences.
RAM: G-Skill 8GB (1x8GB) DDR4-2666 = 4,600
HDD: 1TB = 3,650
SSD: i'm confused if i need it
GPU: Radeon RX 580 8GB or nVidia 1660 6GB (no idea about which manufacturer to choose) = 26,000
PSU: 450W (i don't really know about PSUs and their differences, so I am hoping for your valuable inputs will clarify this for me!) = 3,000
Monitor: I like ASUS and Dell monitors, so I was thinking of getting a 21.5" 1080p one = 11,000
UPS: 1200w one? = 5,000
Casing: Something which looks good in the shop within 3k? = 3,000
TOTAL = 74,050
How is this build? And is it possible to cut down on some things to bring down the total to within my budget?
