Great News and congratulations. Finally you did fullfil your dreams. Bring EVGA with warranty. And take currently available amd/Nvidia graphics card. I will post and in-depth analysis of current demand situation of gaming products very soon.

    EVGA and Noctua seconded.

It's been discussed before, apparently, BD isn't up to par with EVGA's robust aftersales service so we don't have any official distributor. There's PCGardenSylhet unofficially but dunno how credible they r regarding warranty. If u could at least provide a year of local seller warranty especially in a place like Dhaka, you'd have a monopoly on the EVGA market! If u could get an online store up and running with home delivery that'd be great.

Warranties are easily abused, I wouldn't really recommend US-style warranties here because PC parts die for numerous reasons that isn't even possible in the US.

    Congratulations on the store.

    Congratulations on the store.
Is it because we have higher temperature and humidity?

I meant actual power, not PSU. Dust is literally a fraction of what you see here.

If the store's moderately large (like that big UCC or StarTech shop) I want you to keep at least one piece of every product for pre-purchase testing. Okay maybe not everything but mice, keyboard, headset, microphone, monitor, mousepad at least. And advertise it as such. Maybe 15-20 minutes testing per person. You'll get more foot traffic in your store and a dedicated community that will rely on your store before making any purchase.

Pick employees that are friendly. Both in BCS and Multiplan, some of the sellers are so rude that I immediately avoid that shop in the future. They only start kissing my arse only after it's confirmed I'd buy something from their shop instead of behaving in a manner that compels me to buy from them. Maybe computer-literate varsity students as part time.

I don't know for sure how it works but maybe low volume frequent product shipments would be better. It's quite frustrating to go buy something and being told that the shipment comes in 3-4 months.

Change brand variety. Brands who offer similar products. Specially some good chinese brand for peripherals. Redragon is very well established these days. Also for audio products.

Thank you for your opinion. AFAIK Most of the importers of BD walk with the flow..they don't think outside of the box.

    Congratulations on the store.
Warranties are most crucial part of this business...but it isn't feasible if i only import 20 or 40 pcs.

Change brand variety. Brands who offer similar products. Specially some good chinese brand for peripherals. Redragon is very well established these days. Also for audio products.[/QUOTE]

Thanks I will keep that in Mind..

Congratulations bro and good luck. As many of us already said above, keeping a smiling face and a good behavior may bring you more customers than you think. Startech did the same when they started with a small shop. They managed to sell whatever they had in stock with nothing but a smile in the face!
You can bring some Good SSD if you can, like I have searched many shops in IDB for a Samsung 860 evo, but only startech was able to provide one.
    Why so Serious!

first of all congratulations on your new shop . i hope the shop will be successful with good customer supports. the thing which i am looking into your shop is ps4 games and decent monitors which will have display ports and atleast freesync support within 15-18k budget, i don't expect much from a very new shop and brand endorsements are plus but not necessary and keep something for bg gamers (discount and stuffs) so that we can support you

I don't think he'd make that much profit off of small volume sales. That's why I think EVGA is very viable now. They make cases, PSUs, motherboards, mice alongside GPU these days.

Although I would personally be ecstatic if he does manage to make profit and still bring PCGR products for cheap. When anybody else ask for a good keyboard under 15k I'll start recommending their modular keyboard, if anybody want a cheap mousepad I'll recommend theirs. Their model O is a little big for my hands but if anybody's looking for an alternative to Zowie FK1/2 or Razer Deathadder I'll recommend it too.

If someone has a budget of less than 15k, assuming ~10-12k then Filcos, Ducky, Leopolds, Varmillo are the brands that should be recommended, not gaming companies. But that is just my opinion. I really feel bad for those people who buy 17k Corsair keyboards from here and then compare it to the real KB companies.

Kind of like comparing Beats with Sennheisser, AKG.

EVGA is barely available at acceptable price points outside of the US. I don't see why they keep getting nominated. Ekhane 200tk'r jonno lokjon component nei na.
