Thread: AmberIT download speed for Steam

Question AmberIT download speed for Steam

Hi everyone. I am currently using link3 and in a 20 mbps line I am getting 2 MBps on average as download speed in steam downloads. I stayed in the US for the last 3 years and play with my clan there. So, after I came back I took the connection of Dot Internet and with their 20 mbps connection I was getting 6MBps download speed at least with a peak of 7.5 MBps at times when downloading games through steam. However, I shifted to Bashundhara and Dot Internet is not available here and I heard AmberIT is good and provides a similar speed like Dot Internet in terms of download. I am hoping if anyone could shed some light as to how much download speed you are getting when downloading games from Steam or Origin using AmberIT connection and which package. Thank you

    The lowest one, 1200 tk.

Be warned though, it isn't as good as it used to be (no issue on the uptime but ping sometimes goes high and the customer service kind of degraded). Also, the connection quality kind of varies area by area so it will probably be better if you ask around more.

P.S: I once saw a post (in a fb group) about how they don't have permission to work in bashundhara on Friday, so keep that in mind too.
