Not sure about ram. But the 'best' SSD you can get is Samsung 970 EVO 250GB - NVMe PCIe M.2 2280 SSD

Are you sure that 970 Evo (nvme) will work on this laptop? The people at Ryan's said that they can't be sure if it is compatible or not. In that case, if I had to choose an M.2 SATA which one should I choose?

If you have money and want the best, buy 970 Pro or any other MLC based ssd.

If you have money and want the best, buy 970 Pro or any other MLC based ssd.
I wouldn't recommend MLC specially for a laptop. MLC is geared towards Server application/pro video editing stuff with epic high endurance rating which is not required for consumer application. Samsung specifically designed 970 EVo for consumer application.

@Shov0n check this link. If its the same laptop then it does support NVME.

So, I just got confirmation that my laptop will support 970 evo. I think I will buy this one from binary logic and also add an 8gb transcend jetram from ryans. Thank you guys for providing me with your valuable suggestions.
