OR what other good 240GB SSD can i get below 4k!
I am willing to use this SSD with a HDD Caddy on my ASUS X556UQ Laptop as the C drive for Windows and other Softwares!

I don't think either of the model has a cache (SLC cache), so I would suggest go with the one which has better 4K random read/write speeds. 4K random speed is the actual real world results that will translate into faster application loading/ saving times. sequential speed is just for copying files.
