    Default Buying GPU

By the end of this.month, I am planning on building my own gaming pc. The problem is, I can't find the graphics card that I want from star tech and other websites that sells GPU. Last night, I went to Daraz and shockingly found the GPU that I want. However, as Daraz is a website that sells all sorts of stuff, I am having a hard time deciding whether I should buy from them or not. Can anyone confirm their quality of product and such and also if it is better to just buy from star tech.

Yeah nah, better not trust Daraz when it comes to GPU. They may not even have it on stock, so it'll be like you'll pay for it already but when it comes to delivery they're gonna say ohh sorry sir but this product is out of stock, so here is a cash coupon of abc,xyz taka. Trust me, I've heard stories of Daraz doing so with many of their customers

Here's what you should do. Call all the PC shops (startech, ryans, global/OSGS, smart, ucc etc etc) yourself, and ask them about gpu availability and price. The PC shops in our country barely ever keep their websites updated with current stock availability info and price, so it's always best to just ring them up and ask them directly

it's important to know which GPU you want and that depends on what resolution you will be gaming at.

if you want to game at 4K with high settings 1080/1070 TI won't be enough. you would need at least 1080 TI or 2080. For utter smooth ( most of the time)
    2080 TI

    2080 TI -115,000 ish
    2080 -74000
1080 TI - 65000 ( these are almost sold out out because this baby beats 2080 a lot of time and cost significantly less, Has higher Vram than 2080, most affordable 4K card, hence decent price performance ratio)

1070 Ti - 38,325 ( will do 4K once in a while at medium settings)

Hope now you have a better idea as to where you want to be.

i'm visiting Dhaka on 9th Dec and currently taking orders from people who wants computer parts and other weird stuff (aham @Speed ) from North America.

The quoted price of 38000 is for Asus TURBO-GTX1070TI-8G . I can get you a different model if you like.

that’s a totally valid concern. You can browse through all my previous threads if that helps.

Surprisingly, I've found Startech and Ryans online website to be updated rather frequently. They're improving. Best way to be sure is to call them up.

Ryans only has 1060 at best. Startech's offering 2080 for 80 k, which is decent but I'm not sure if it's sold out or not ( as they often don't update their product status. Happened to me so) so I guess I'll buy from startech
