Post Outrageous FPS Drops In Every App/Video Game I Use

I use Windows 10. The very latest version. I have been getting frequent FPS drops in every app I use/video game I play. Even the most lightweight application has fps drops. This is getting out of hand and massively disrupting my daily PC usage. I'm guessing it's some recent Windows 10 update* that caused it, but I'm not too sure. Is it some Windows update/my GPU causing it? I have been monitoring my hardware activities using HWmonitor and everything seems to be in check. So, I'm quite confused at this point.

Try disabling microsoft game dvr if it's enabled.

Check your task manager for clues about whats going on with the hardware usage.Probably a driver issue.
