Off Brand Chinese TVs

Hey guys.
I am looking for a secondary display for my brother's bedroom as the TV in our living room is mostly occupied.
It will mostly be used to play games on the PS4.

I was initially thinking of just getting a monitor+speakers but when browsing startech I came across some ridiculously cheap TVs by some brand called 'Skyview'.

For example they are selling a 40inch 1080p TV for only 20k

Do anyone here have any experience with these TVs? Are the advertised specs accurate?
The only reason I am considering buying this is because Startech is a reputable store.

PS: I don't want to spend much money on this as it will mostly be used by my little brother. So it is either this or a monitor.

it depends on luck to buy chinese knockoffs i have a singer tv led tv in my living room and it is performing really well for last 5 years but my sister's one had problem with the panel and she had to change one , so if you want something within the budget i think it's a good deal as long as your luck stays with you
