    Question 21.5" monitor

I'm gonna buy a new monitor soon.
    Purpose: General usage.

I don't know about current good monitors.
So please suggest which one to get.

I don't like glossy panel. Will prefer a matt finish panel instead.

    Thanks.

I know you mentioned "no glossy panels", but do check out the Dell 21.5'
    Link: https://www.startech.com.bd/dell-22-inch-s2218h

The color was better than all the other monitors I've seen thus far, but that is just my opinion.

I have the S2218H right in front of me. Yes it's color is good, but I prefer my old TN Samsung panel at home over it because of the glossy finish on the screen.

My room has lots of light and the monitor is positioned opposite of a window.
worst environment for glossy monitors I think.

ASUS products are always of good quality, but as of late there's a longevity concern with them.

I personally am not a fan of LG but I haven't heard anything bad about their monitors in recent times.

vz229h was available yesterday in multiplan center.

How would you compare vz229h and lg 22mq68? longevity is important.
can you comment about the panels they are using?

ok, bought the VZ229HE for 12.2k
But it didn't have the HDMI cable in it.

However, I can't say I'm fully satisfied with the color. The black isn't really black.
Compared to my old S22B300 image is dull.

Can anyone suggest the settings I need to tweak?
I tried blue filter to zero,
but it looks like there's still a blue filter.

Use a color profile if you are monitor has one, and you can always use f.lux if it's straining your eyes.
