tldr ; anything with survey is a scam and you shouldn't touch it even with a 10 ft pole.

only known ps4 emulator at this stage is orbital which is in a really really basic stage (cant run anything)

If you didn't download anything, then you probably have nothing to worry about. Still I guess a scan wouldn't really hurt.
