There's some electronics "vangri" shops in front of multiplan center.
I bought some damaged controller, mouse etc from there. I don't know if they'll buy your damaged soul parts.

It depends. They are more like scrap collector similar to waster paper buyer. Depending on whether you need to sell as scrap or damaged product, you will get different value. I assumed he wanted to get rid of junk.
