Default Suggestions regarding a gaming rig

    Hello,
My friend is going to build a new computer and asked me for some suggestions. He is mainly going to be playing CSGO and some other games. He sent me the list of hardware :

Antec VP 450p 450W continuous Power Supply
    Toshiba Sata 1 TB HDD
    Asus Expedition EX-GTX 1050ti OC 4gb DDR5 GPU
    Maxgreen 5912BR Casing
    Intel 8th gen core i5 8400
    Antec A40 pro CPU cooler
    Gigabyte Z370M DS3H Ultra Durable 8th Gen DDR4 Motherboard

I do not know much about the new gen hardware and could not provide concrete advice regarding this config. Had some queries:

Is the Antec PSU good enough as it is a low end model? Also would the wattage be adequate?
Would the Antec CPU cooler support the new gen CPU?
Would the Maxgreen casing be good enough for the build? Does it have good airflow ?
Is there any other motherboard which can be better paired up with the i5 8400?
Should he be considering buying the 1050ti from other manufacturers?

Other than these, would very much appreciate any sort of advice regarding the build.

Is the Antec PSU good enough as it is a low end model? Also would the wattage be adequate? - Antec is not bad, just the average, supply is good enough for this spec
Would the Antec CPU cooler support the new gen CPU? - Yes, it is supported in LGA 1151 CPU socket
Would the Maxgreen casing be good enough for the build? Does it have good airflow ? - Not sure, see more reviews and decide
Is there any other motherboard which can be better paired up with the i5 8400? - Wait a bit more for cheaper/cost effective motherboards series for this CPU
Should he be considering buying the 1050ti from other manufacturers? - Doesn't matter really, get the best value card

IF you don't plan on Overclocking, ignore CPU Cooler, then get a GTX 1060 3GB used one with Warranty Papers
Other option for Mobo-> MSI Z370 PC Pro @ 11K (maybe...If you dont overclock)

3gb vram is very low these days and 2nd hand 1060 on reasonable price is another hard thing to find . 1050ti is good enough but i agree that cooler is unnecessary purchase even with that money adding one additional ssd would be the best
