Motherboard And Cooler Suggestions

I have saved enough money for a PC upgrade.

Already bought 2x8 GB Corsair Vengence LED 3200mhz ram 2nd hand
and
exchanged my 1050ti for a 1060.

I just need a new CPU and Motherboard and will be good to go!

Planning to get a i7 8700k but having second thoughts as AMD will release their 2000 series soon.

Would it be wise to wait a bit? And do Ryzen CPUs suffer from ram compatibility issues anymore?

Now, If I do get an i7 8700k the folowing two motherboards have currently interested me:

Also want to sell my current CPU+Mobo+RAM [i5 4590, Gigabyte B6 Sniper B150 motherboard, 16GB Team 1600mhz ram] what would be a good asking price?

Ryzen 2000 series will get maximum 10% IPC Improvement like Intel used to do (my guess -_- )
