    @Alex Ovoy I am using Samsung Galaxy flagship device for long now. I will suggest you to go for Xperia S for it's beautiful design and balanced hardware. Samsung already announced S2 as outdated and you will not get any further update of android OS on that device. About nexus it is not a Samsung device but a google flagship device. So from all perspective from my experience I will suggest you to buy Xperia S 32GB internal storage. Because apps like games will store on internal memory.

    Key difference :

    Sony Xperia S Samsung I9100 Galaxy S II
    Display 720 x 1280 pixels, 4.3 inches (~342 ppi pixel density)
    ++ Sony Mobile BRAVIA Engine
    480 x 800 pixels, 4.3 inches (~217 ppi pixel density)
    Camera 12 MP, 4000x3000 pixels 8 MP, 3264x2448 pixels
    CPU Dual-core 1.5 GHz Dual-core 1.2 GHz
    Battery Li-Ion 1750 mAh Li-Ion 1650 mAh

    Best of luck !! Pick the Sony Xperia S 32GB

    @Alex Ovoy I do not think touch of Xperia S will lag as it can detect multitouch upto 10 finger. About non removable battery it is not a big issue if you need to change battery you can open the back panel to replace the battery with new taking the device to a technician. Higher grade device like HTC phones also comes with non removable battery.

    If you really want to buy SAMSUNG galaxy S2 then you better check Samsung Galaxy Premier I9260, here is the comparison chart

    http://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3...&idPhone2=4327

    again you should buy as much as internal memory as much as you can afford. 32GB is a good standard.

    XS had the best screen when it came out iirc.

    Overall Xperia S, hands down.

    SII and nexus currently selling for 32-34k, since you mentioned those models I am guessing you have that budget range.So why not increase a bit and go for the Xperia TX.

    Xperia TX is the 2012 Xperia S.

    Better screen, removable battery, better processor.
