    Question Ram Overclocking guide

i am using corsair vengeance lpx 3200Mhz 2X8GB DDR4 with asrock z370 extreme 4 and i5 8400, i am currently using a default asrock ram OC profile "3560Mhz" from drop down menu, successfully run memtest 64 for 3 hours and battlefield 1 for 4 hours without any issue.

I think you are stable, but those subtimings need some work. Try a lower value for tRFC and 1T.

First find yourself a benchmark and run at stock settings to create a baseline. This needs to be something CPU heavy as those will show the biggest difference. I use CSGO.

Then try profiles in your BIOS and see which gives you better results and work from there. This is a very time consuming process and might not be worth it for you. RAM OC is like that, there are gains to be had and you need to be very patient.
