MOD/Admin, please either warn the user about using incorrect tags, OR just change the tag.

I don't see anything in Bangla here.

    And on topic.

DotA 6v6 won't be as fun, coz the whole point of 5v5 is so beautiful.

    1 creeps his ¤¤¤ off.
    1 neutrals.
    1 wards.
    1 supports
    1 ganks.

    =|.

    6th player ki korbe?

there's no need to get so worked up with this, sensei.

btw, you have no idea how much fun 6v6 match can be.
and creeping one's ¤¤¤ off is the WORST part of dota.

and one ganks? lola..it's more like 4 ganks, one farms or 5 ganks.

    this one is OWNAGE!!

    Default Re: Dota 6v6 6.59 Ver.4 Released

from http://www.garena.com/forum/viewthre...extra=page%3D1 ............. u can read more from this link abt 6vs6 .......

    2: Advantages that 6v6 offered:

    • The immediate advantage to 6v6 is that it solved the soloing issue (at least when the game starts), an issue which I personally despise - I have despised it even more ever since I tasted the forbidden fruit of6v6 back in 6.38b as I KNOW and have EXPERIENCED what its like to play games with no soloing heroes. If I could I would also solo most times to give myself the unfair leveling advantage. With 6v6 you wont have any more people that go around pawning at level 11 while others are about 6-7.
    • Having no immediate soloer increases the teamwork needed in killing enemy heroes. This being because the would-be soloing player who at 5v5 could have been 3+ levels higher then everyone else is now forced to get involved in teamwork to bring another hero down.No more individualistic game play on that front.
    • More people is definitely more fun: By adding an extra player to each team, many more team-based strategies become available. Also, I have witnessed that having the extra two players can drastically modify the outcome of any given game based on their performance versus the rest of their team.
    • Another obvious advantage to 6v6 is that if you have 11-12 people who want in on the same game you don't have to split games. Due to the 10 player limitation, I have had to split games more times then I care to remember...
    • More games were played till COMPLETION in 6v6 mode (!!!). It was all about the player ratios. In 5v5 when one person quits, there is a 5v4 ratio which is not that great unlike 6v5 in which the difference is barely noticeable. In 6v5 there is less chance of there being a being a SECOND leaver on the 5 man camp due to the 6v5 over 5v4situation. Even if the game DOES go down to 6v4 its still a more playable scenario then 5v3. Thus many more games were played until completion under 6v6.
    • 6vs6 can be easily executed. It requires a simple variable change. At the next patch, IceFrog could just finish his map, save it, and then change that variable to create 6v6 DotA, and save it as an alternate map (see section #5 for details).
    • Blizzards WC3 engine fully supports 6v6, absolutely no technical / network / optimization testing required. Adding the extra 2 players does NOT remove any existing neutral creeps, scourge or sentinel armies. The game remains exactly as is, with the difference of the two extra players. The observers must be removed for this though. I have proposed a solution to the observer issue; See section #5 for details.
    • Last but not least, having the option to play 6v6 is DEMOCRATIC; it gives people who want to play 6v6 the opportunity to do so, by giving them the OPTION to open the last two slots on each team (in this suggestion I am making sure the last slots default to closed). Those who want to play 5v5 simply don't have to make any extra effort other then advertising 5v5 in their game title. Thus everyone is happy as they have the freedom to choose what type of game they play.

    3: Potential disadvantages of 6v6:

    • A team could make it a point to choose all AOE heroes and the SINGLE EXTRA AOE'r would spell the difference between life and death for the other team, making for an unstoppable push. Mind you, with a 5 man team the same AOE push strategy is available, in this case you have ONE extra would-be AOE player. This strategy is far from uncounterable though. The games I played though somehow never had 6 man AOE push. Then again those were pubbies...
    • Games would take longer to fill up off peak hours (you can close the last slots and make it 5v5 should that be the case - problem solved!)
    • Certain hunting type heroes(nightstalker, lycan, nerubian assassin) might be disadvantaged trying to find a lone hero to kill, they would require additional teamwork inmost cases to take an enemy down (which is not all ways a bad thing).
    • There is concern over a MAJOR community split. I contested that in section #6.

    4: Official Anti-6v6 Stance Reasoning:

As it stands, the current reasons 6v6 has not been implemented are:

    • 2 slots need to be made available for observers during competition mode. They take up the last slot on each team and NEED to be made available (See section #5).
    • There is concern over a MAJOR community split if 6v6 were to be implemented (See section #6).
    • The developers might be concerned about having to maintain two versions of DotA (See section #7).

    not true.

and the official stance is that IceFrog was/is/will test 6v6 with play-testers/beta-testers
and enable 6v6 if he sees fit

DUe 6 vs 6 sucks period. There was a 48b 6 vs 6 and we used to play that at Assault. It sucked! There's no solo! Yuck! I dunno, maybe amateurs may find it fun, who don't know squat about DotA mechanics. Lewl!

Can I play against AIs in 6v6 maps or are these limited to human players only?
