Unhappy My Latency and Bandwidth sucks

No its not cause of Malware or anything I'd clear that long ago. I live in Uttara Sec#3 Road#10, using Link3 Fiber Optic Connection of 1Mbps Package.
So far its not that great, lag in Battlefield BC2 and LoL. Even downloading am getting right about 105-120kbps average. Terrible buffering so far Youtube

Right now am using Speedconnect Internet Accelerator 8 and this is what i got

Welcome to the world of Link3 and their shitty new routes. Even though my speeds are fine, I'm getting 80ms+ ping times to AngelDrops game servers. I really miss Mango Teleservices Ltd.
But, 102-105 KB/s considering you are talking about bytes per second isn't all that bad for 1 Mbps package. Streaming depends because I cannot fully stream from Youtube even now without a VPN, it gets stuck at 20-50%. It streams fine with a VPN though, so I'd suggest you try that.
What route are you on right now?

Constant reloading out of 1/4 times works fully. Use a smart buffer add-on it helps and i was thinking that if i use a Speed Accelerator software with a VPN might change this, but streaming so far still isn't satisfactory.

I started using Windows XP, results are different from Win 7 somehow. I scanned and didn't find any peculiar activities from my OS. The net is more stable and faster here

Defiantly shared, corporate lines (In other words dedicated) are too expensive.

Shared network seriously sucks, how are they controlling it anyway?
