Default Buying a used Xbox 360

Some guy is selling XBOX 360 Elite 120GB. He bought it almost two years ago, and (maybe) did not play often. Few scratches on console, looks like new (according to him). Included are two wireless controllers, power brick, power chord, HDMI cable, audio output cable. Not included is the controller that came with the XBOX and the headset. He is asking for $160 without the games. How much can I offer him?

Those games can be found dirt cheap, I'd say $180 with games.

$160 isn't bad since he will include 2 controllers, $150 even better

I offered the guy $120 but he does not want to give the wireless controllers for that price, he wants to give me two wired controllers instead. Not sure to offer 130 or 140 now.

Do you know of any good sites that sell new/slightly used XBOX 360s or even better JTAGed ones?

Kine felo. I mean these old xboxes are good for pirated games. Although this year is the year of new consoles so your choice.

asking price is really cheap, maybe the console is older than what he claims. I saw your other post on buying a 360 in US and modding it by yourself.

The best thing for you would be to ask someone(relative/close friend) to purchase a modded (LT3+) Console from BD and send it to via EMS Speed Post. Although you might have to pay additional charges as USA custom's duty. So, If this one is modded then I would suggest you to buy this one for $150.
