If u need space go with a 1Tb it costs may be 6.5k,
3470 is also a good gaming processor, ur budget is high and that's why i suggested a 3770. if u love overclocking u may go for a 3570k(23k)+Gigabyte z77(12)+Cm hyper 212(3k) but i think it is always wise to spent more for a GPU instead of CPU.

no offence but i also heard about that and did a bit research about this saying that cm psu sucks and found out a lot of evidences, also compared to other brands cm psu are really very low rated, so it would be better to pick up a corsair or antec product as they are widely available in bd and there is no doubt about corsair as well as antec psus.

well cpu is not that important for gaming in real, most of the games out here now are gpu dependent, so i would like to suggest buy a 7950 whatever it entails, and for that sacrifice i7 and grab a i5 3570, and if u r not into oc, no point of getting a k series cpu
but if u can manage some extra cash, then why not an i7, but if u can't increase ur budget, choose a good gpu over cpu.
