Frio ock uses the megahalems heatsink and uses pretty competent 130mm fans, it will outperform a antec 620 any day, not a big fan of AIO coolers aside from the silence (though this totally depends on the kind of fans you use, the best way to get the best out of an antec 620 is use fast spinning fans with decent static pressure as the fin array is not that dense compared to 'real' radiators, even still I'd say the 620 is about as good as a hyper 212 and considering the price of that getting the hyper 212 over the antec is a no brainer, you could go for the frio extreme which is as good as an h100 (push pull). Its a bit on the loud side if you do keep the fans spinning at maximum speed though.
    FTW!!!!!!!!!!

You should be able to map it out and see it will collide with the RAMs, but yea given the size of the OCK, there are chances it will be blocked. If it does, then the 620 will be a good choice as well.

If there's no collision and no have no problems with it's mammoth size, then go for it.
