    Angry [email protected]<king Link3 is repeatedly sending me Bills!!!

    The First setup of Link3 was in January 27th at the evening this year, so was happy and although i didn't like their service. Heres what happened, Less than a month later they send a bill notice at the 24th of February of paying for my Monthly Package and Installation. So I was like why 2-3 Days early bill? Didn't like that part at all.

    Today is March 8th and its hasn't even been two months and they send me another bill notice instead saying pay additional 1400TK for Package!!!!Just what the F**K is this BULLSH!T??

    Call them and get it amended, I seriously doubt they're pining for your 1.4k.

    Most likely a cron job that generates bills going haywire.

    That is strange... I use Link3, usually its issued near the end of the month. You should call their customer service asap... (but it may end up with them giving you some dumb f**k excuse)

    I'm pretty sure they are just messing up the physical copy of the bill. That used to happen to me a lot too since I changed packages frequently and used to get bills for the old package for the next 2 months, but my account never had any overdues and I only paid whatever the package I was using. So yea, don't worry about it, but call to confirm just in case.

    I wanted to give them a call tomorrow but one of the agents called me today

    Talking to me about the bills, i was pissed and immediately wanted an answer from the guy why i have to pay for two months which haven't passed yet. I told him my connection was established and installed at the 27th Jan. He was laughing and saying its our policy and somehow didn't matter. I was more angry and for good reason as well.

    If I am not wrong your installation charge is 1000tk and monthly charge is1400tk. Up till now have they asked you for 3800tk overall (all bills combined) or 5200tk over all? If the sum is 3800tk then its alright. The normal process is sending the month's bill at the beginning of the month. So if you received two bills, one for FEB and one for MARCH, then its normal.

    Yeah but he also said its overdue for for 12th March. Is it Postpaid or Prepaid?

    It's like prepaid, advance payment for each month. The month is written on the bill. Like Izazul bro said, 10-15 days poreo di le line katbe na.

    It's prepaid and you won't have to pay for two months. Call CC and ask for their billing department's number, your marketing manager should be able to help too.

    If you have paid the bill for Feb, you should of course have the receipt, keep it, don't worry about the bill and pay this month's bill with a deposit slip at the bank. In case your line gets disconnected, show them the receipts for both the month's bills. Let your marketing manager know about this, he'll be able to fix it or at least help you.

    I pay all my bills through deposit slips at the bank as I have a massively messed up physical copy of the bill, it's either i don't get the bills on time or lose them the moment i get them, never got disconnected, their online registry stays updated through your client code.

    Its simple. Your connection was activated at end of month so its confusing to you but it perfectly correct calculation for them.

    Link3's billing system is prepaid, that means bill will be issued at 1st/2nd of month and due date will be either 10th or 12th.

    your connection got online on 27th january, so the bill you received on 24th feb is for the period of 27th jan- 27th feb but they were late so you got it on 24th rather it should have arrived on 3rd-4th feb.

    The bill you got on march 8th is for the month of march and check the issue and due date, if i am not wrong it's 2 and 12 respectively and yes i am not wrong since it's those on my bill .

    Also you should be happy since you got 4 free days of internet from 27th-31st jan .
